Facebook and Blogger

I have also created Facebook pages and a link back to this blog from the main holding web page, just so if I do manage to stir up any interest there is something for people to follow.

Not a massive amount of work going into DT at the moment because I am in the stages of working on a couple of other web sites too, including a possible rival to TweetDeck, but I'm not sure if it's worth it with the amount of  Twitter applications that are out there.

One of the other projects that I am working on is a review based web site, but going to try a different tact on it http://gamerstrip.co.uk.

Twitter

Not a massive fan of Twitter personally, but I can see the benefit of anyone wishing to follow a development of something, quick short announcements, and for things like providing support for the customer base, so I set one up for the development too.

First post

This will be the development blog for the game Dimension Trader, I plan to keep track of how the project is going. So far we have also been using Google Wave as a collaboration platform, and that is good for keeping track of ideas and plans, but can get a little messy.

Currently I have launched a holding page for the games web site, this contains a simple game page, a mailing page and a "blog". Currently at: http://www.dimensiont.devisland.net

The blog is written from the fictions founder of the company "Dimension Jump Enterprise" or "DJE" for short, the general idea is that everything on the web site (aside from a few minor exclusions) is written as if it were real.

I am hoping this will be a fun part of the project.

I have also started a fictious Twitter for the DJE founder and CEO, who is only known by his initials QM found here http://twitter.com/DJEnterprise
